THE PLACE WHERE EMPIRICAL SCIENCE MEETS CRITICAL THOUGHT

SAPCRAA publishes three key journals that together form a unique platform for multidisciplinary research: Cosmological and Astrobiological Review: Journal for the Study of the Universe, Life and Natural Sciences explores the fundamental laws of the universe and questions about life, Critical Reflections: A Journal of Philosophy and Social Sciences provides space for philosophical analysis and social theory, while Military Studies: Journal for Strategy, Technology and Defense Sciences analyzes military strategy, social dynamics and geopolitical thought. From cosmological principles and astrobiological discoveries, through philosophical and sociological theories, to strategic analysis – our journals cover the spectrum of human knowledge where fundamental questions about the nature of reality meet the practical challenges of contemporary society. Here, astrophysics is not separated from philosophy of science, sociological analyses inform strategic thinking, and military doctrine becomes the subject of ethical reflection. Every published paper contributes to a broader academic discourse where rigorous methodology enables dialogue between seemingly distant disciplines. In a time of complex global challenges, we nurture a space where empirical evidence meets critical theory, and specialized knowledge builds bridges toward interdisciplinary understanding. SAPCRAA is not just a publisher – we are an academic platform where natural sciences, humanities, and strategic studies interweave in the pursuit of a deeper understanding of the world we inhabit.

About us

SAPCRAA is a scientific research organization that brings together the work of a significant number of scientists and researchers from various disciplinary fields. By decision of the Ministry of Scientific and Technological Development and Higher Education, the organization has been granted the status of a scientific research organization and has been entered into the Register of Scientific Research Organizations maintained by the Ministry. SAPCRAA publishes three peer- reviewed scientific journals – Cosmological and Astrobiological Review, Critical Reflections, and Military Studies – each of which has a specialized editorial board composed of proven experts in relevant scientific fields. The members of the editorial boards come from geographically diverse academic environments and institutions around the world, ensuring a pluralism of perspectives, international relevance of published papers, and alignment with the highest global standards of academic publishing. Such composition of editorial boards guarantees expert and impartial peer review, as well as openness to different methodological approaches and research traditions. Through the work of its research teams and editorial boards, the organization fosters rigorous academic standards and encourages interdisciplinary dialogue that connects the natural sciences, humanities, and strategic studies. SAPCRAA thus represents an academic platform dedicated to the production and dissemination of knowledge that transcends the boundaries of individual disciplines and contributes to a broader understanding of complex civilizational phenomena.

How do I submit a paper for publication in your journals?

You can submit your scientific article through the "Submit Article" section or by sending it directly to the email address: info@sapcraa.com. Before sending us your manuscript, it is important to check whether your work fits the thematic scope of the journal in which you wish to publish. On each of our journal's pages, you can find detailed "Instructions for Authors" containing all technical guidelines regarding format, citation style, and paper structure that need to be followed.

When submitting your work, you need to attach the manuscript in Word (.doc, .docx) or PDF format, along with a cover letter briefly explaining the significance of your research. It is also necessary to provide a statement of originality and any potential conflicts of interest, as well as complete information about all authors, including names, institutional affiliations, ORCID identifiers, and contact information. Your paper should contain an abstract in English, as well as 3 to 5 keywords that best describe your research topic.

After you submit your manuscript, our system will send you an automatic confirmation of receipt within 48 hours with a unique identification number that will allow you to track the status of your work throughout the review process. If you have any technical difficulties or additional questions, our support team is available at info@sapcraa.com. Before submitting the final version of your manuscript, we strongly recommend going through the checklist available on our website to ensure your documentation is complete and complies with all requirements.
